Buy with or without cushion inserts. Cushion inserts provided by us are made in Sydney of recycled PET fibre derived from 100% post consumer water bottles. It looks, feels + performs in the same way as a high-grade synthetic poly fibre, and is 100% non-allergenic, but is completely recycled. For every 1kg of fibre created, around 70 water bottles are saved from landfill. Alternatively, we can provide inserts made in Sydney of 100% biodegradable & compostable, naturally hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial corn fibre. With a very low flammability rating, this fibre has excellent moisture management properties. In manufacturing, when compared with virgin petroleum-based plastics, more than one tonne of CO2 emissions is saved per tonne of fibre. This equates to 60% less fossil less usage when compared to traditional synthetic poly fibre production.
