We helped the new owners of this house with internal and external renovations based on an existing DA, exploring a range of internal layouts and external finishes. Wanting to create a classic beach house look and feel for their large family that could match their spectacular coastal views, we re-worked the layouts for a better flow between living, dining and kitchen areas, improved internal/external access, and maximised views from the master ensuite for a super-deluxe experience of the coastline. An exploration of different external finishes gave the clients a wide choice to consider, and we ultimately specified Australian made, sustainable weatherboards with a feature wall of cedar cladding.
